Frequently Asked Questions

If you wish to create a customer account and if you are either:
A) new and have not done an order yet then click on My Account menu and Register a new account with us.
OR
B) have done an order already but did not create an account then click on My Account menu and there on Lost your password? link.
Then please use the same email address that you used for the previous order and click on the password reset button to complete the process.
Shortly after an automatic email with a link to reset your password will be send to you.
If you have not received it within an hour please check your spam folder otherwise contact us.

If you have not opted to also create an account when checking out and paying for the deposit or product. You can still access the order history via the link in the send Order confirmation email.

Otherwise login to My Account and select Orders menu then click on the View button which will load the order details with a link to the product(s).

Login to My Account and select Orders menu then click on the View button and proceed with the payment.

Login to My Account and select Orders menu then click on the Cancel button that will trigger the cancellation of that order.
